If you require a BC RMT please specify at the time of booking. Treatment provided by a BC Registered Massage Therapist will provide a receipt that you may submit to your extended medical.

THAI MASSAGE
The Thai approach to massage, called “Nuad Bo Rarn”, is therapeutic and utterly relaxing, thereby activating the body’s innate self-healing mechanism. Specific acupressure and meridian tracing can address a myriad of symptoms such as headaches, sciatica, chronic joint pain, hormonal disruptions and insomnia. As the points and energy lines start to release, assisted movements promote the flow and increase mobility.
Thai Massage offers an individualized rhythmic sequence performed on a mat on the floor. As a practical application of the Buddhist principle of “metta” or loving kindness, Thai massage is often a deeply meditative experience which can result in a profound release of mental and physical stress.

A compress made of 8 traditional Thai herbs tightly bound in fabric and heated in a steamer, is pressed over the body in this full body massage. Releasing aromatic, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties. This is ideal for alleviating the pain from stiff/pulled muscles, arthritis, skin conditions, respiratory ailments, migraines and chronic stress.
